Welcome to CleanPlus NZ. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services
CleanPlus NZ provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout New Zealand. Services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Booking & Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other standard methods of payment.
Liability
CleanPlus NZ is not liable for any pre-existing damage to property. Clients are responsible for informing our staff of any fragile or valuable items before cleaning.
Changes to Terms
CleanPlus NZ reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
